Hi, I just signed up and built the two minute module... great!
then watched quite a few videos and tried to zero in on the area of interest to me- the jquery.

I followed the instructions in video two of javascript and jquery and module building, but had no success. I then tried the following step in video three, and again no success. I did this all on drupal 7 on a windows machine.
Then I uploaded the custom folder to my live personal site (no one goes there.. no real traffic) but again it did not give me the alert box I expected.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot? I just copied and pasted, and I also checked the script to see that ity was the same as in the videos.

Thanks in advance,
-Les

fixed!

I fixed it. I guess there was a file interact.js that came with javascript in it and I must have left it in place. I removed it and replaced with the correct steps and everything works ok!

sorry of the bother.
