I'm trying to learn drush but can't run the shell alias, as showed in the video «How to set up a Drush configuration file (drushrc.php) and use shell aliases». Till here, drush is running and i can install and update modules. But if a copy drushrc.php in one of my site directories, or if i create a .drush folder in my home directory and put the drushrc.php file there, i'm receiving the following error:

The drush command 'noncore' could not be found. Run drush cache-clear drush to clear [error]
the commandfile cache if you have installed new extensions

In the drushrc.php file i uncommentet line 18:
$options['shell-aliases']['noncore'] = 'pm-list --no-core';

to run pm-list --no-core

If i run the normal command in drush: pm-list --no-core everything works find, but if i'm running drush noncore i'm getting the error.

I talked to a friend, who knows more about the terminal and unix, but he couldn't helped me either.
Any ideas? If i watch the video, it looks so easy, and it didn't seams that i have to configure something?

I have two installations. One on my MacBook and one on my mac in the office. On both machines i have the same problem. Any ideas?

Thanks, and please excuse my bad english. Hope the question is understandable.
