I just bought a video / collection, now what?

Once you've completed checkout, you will have immediate access the the videos you purchased. If you had not already registered a user account, one will be created for you and you will be logged in. Simply visit the My Videos page and click play next to the videos you'd like to watch.

I'm having trouble downloading the videos

Sorry to hear that. I've done some extensive testing, and it turns out that if you're having problems with a downlaod, it's most likely a problem with your browser. Here are some things you can try:

  • Try a different browser
  • Clear your browser's cache, then try the download again
  • Log out, restart your browser and log in again

If none of that works, then send us an e-mail in the contact form and we'll do some troubleshooting.

Something's wrong with the video playback on the site

We're currently using a Flash player to wrap around our videos, and sometimes in some browsers it behaves strangely. To get around this, simply download the video using a link towards the bottom of the player popup and use your own player.
