Why I cannot watch your videos on my iPad?

I can watch all your videos on my laptop, but I cannot see the same videos on my iPad. How can I solve this problem?

Thanks for getting back to me. When I log in, my permissions to be able to see the videos stay the same as if I am a non-member meaning that I can only watch the few selected videos that non-members are able to view. Hope you can solve this problem because I am really enjoying the videos. I've learned so much already.

I just gave it a quick test with my account and it seems to be working fine. Is it possible that you have more than one account and you are logging in with an account that does not have the membership? Also, you may want to try refreshing the various pages that you visit, just in case they're being cached as an anonymous user.
Let me know if either of those things might be the problem, or if you're still having issues.

I just have one membership and I am able to log into this account on both my iPad and laptop devices. But my iPad still doesn't let me view the videos. I see the links with the green backgrounds and also the links that are in blue, but when I click on any of these links, I cannot see any video. I received the following debug console error on my iPad:
JavaScript: Error
Undefined
QUOTA_EXCEED_ERR:DOM Exception 22: An attempt was made to add something to storage that exceeded the quota
I will use just my laptop for now.

Sorry about the troubles, occasionally I get reports of people having issues playing the videos on their iPad, but it's not consistent enough to pinpoint the problem. Can you watch any of the videos on your iPad, or will none of them play?
