Hi, I am new to the forum and Drupal. I am going through the download and install videos for Drupal 7 and was forced to use the URL/user to gain access to the site. The problem is that I logged in with the administrator uid and pwd but I do not see the administrator toolbar. I can use URL?q=admin to gain access to the administrator page but I can't see the administrator toolbar. Does anyone have any ideas?
