Challenge: Video playing from my drupal site folder

Hi,
Your site is super I am member second month. My nickname is claivent. I have learned many useful information so far but i have one challenge for me and I hope you might help me. I have tried play video from my sites/all/files folder. I can set some player for playing video from third party website like youtube. Its not problem. My problem is to play my videos from my site. I used media module, media front and many other modules but it was useless. I still canot play video on my site (avi mpeg etc.).My proces is creating content types when i chose video from my library and use some player but when i fill content the video dont play pls can you help me. I love drupal but this problem is up to my knowledge.
