Below is a clean recording of the 1 hour webinar I did last week with Acquia about customing Commons, an Acquia-branded Drupal distribution. Even though the webinar was about commons, the techniques are applicable to most Drupal distributions.
For those of you who dialed into the webinar that had trouble with the audio, this recording has great audio quality, with no break-ups.
In the webinar, I cover the following 5 customizations and then take a few questions at the end:
- How to change the text in a page title, in a block title and a menu.
- How to hide a log-in block using the Context module.
- How to re-order content using the Views module.
- How to change the number of items displayed and add a pager using the Views module.
- How to add a custom block using the Boxes module and display it with Context.
